Management and Coordination

The TradeCom II Programme Facility is implemented by the Programme Management Unit (PMU) in close collaboration with the ACP Secretariat and European Commission. The PMU team is based in Brussels, Belgium close to both the ACP Secretariat and the European Commission.

The PMU will assist the beneficiary in the execution of the programme in line with the terms of reference of TradeCom II Programme, including the provision of:

  • Technical and administrative management of the Programme Estimate and Grant facility; the latter in support of the ACP Secretariat that will manage the grant facility;
  • Concrete support in coordinating and supervising of the Trade Related Assistance (TRA) projects/activities;
  • Tailored Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools for the entire Programme on the basis of the performance indicators (OVIs) defined in the Logical Framework;
  • Visibility events for disseminating good practice and the results of the programme activities;
  • Administrative, preparatory and ancillary tasks relating to planning, monitoring, and reporting on the programme components; and procurement, and financial management.
